Self Defense & Situational Awareness Training Program

Join us for a dynamic three-week self-defense & situational awareness training series taught by a NYS certified defensive tactics instructor & experienced staff from Fearless Hudson Valley. This empowering, hands-on program is designed for all experience levels and teaches practical techniques & information you can use in real-life situations. Hosted by Live Free Health & Fitness, participants will be taught through topic discussion, Q+A, and demonstrations. 

Tickets are $100 and include all three sessions: 

  • Tuesday, Jan 27th | 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Tuesday, Feb 3rd | 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Tuesday, Feb 10th | 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM


About the Instructor: 

Michael Smith has been a law enforcement officer for the Haverstraw Police Department for over a decade. He is a NYS certified defensive tactics instructor, a black belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu, and is an instructor for BJJ Cops. A female instructor will be present to assist with demonstrations. 


About Fearless Hudson Valley: 

Fearless Hudson Valley is a private, not-for-profit agency in Orange and Sullivan Counties dedicated to assisting survivors of domestic violence, teen dating violence, and human trafficking by providing free and confidential services.
