Most AI and change initiatives stall for reasons that have nothing to do with the technology. They stall because the people asked to carry them were never given a clear reason, and never given a manager who could tell them what changes on Monday.
Culture Design helps organizations build the internal conditions that make strategy, transformation, and technology actually work. Leveraging evolutionary science, cultural psychology, and systemic design, we assess where readiness breaks down, design the governance and operating model that closes the gap, and equip people managers to carry it forward after we leave.
Founded in 2019 by Jason Burnham and based in Cornwall, the practice is founder-led, bringing in specialist partners and associates as each engagement requires.
Engagements range from AI-ready cultural transformation for global enterprises to strategic planning, facilitation, and change management for Hudson Valley municipalities, school districts, chambers, and nonprofits.
