John Olivero is a seasoned Realtor and a trusted advisor to his clients, known for his dedication to their needs and his extensive knowledge of the local market. John has been living in Goshen, New York, for the past 33 years, and he has been serving the real estate needs of Orange County residents since 1990. He takes pride in earning the privilege of being "Their Personal Real Estate Consultant for Life," and his goal is to reach 50 years of service and beyond.
John's professional journey started in the United States Army, where he honed his discipline and commitment to service. After his military service, he joined the New York City Fire Department, where he served for two decades, retiring in 2008. Throughout his dual career, John also pursued his passion for real estate, becoming a Realtor in 1990 and earning his broker license in 1992.
As an experienced Realtor, John has achieved many accomplishments, including hosting Homebuyers Radio, becoming a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, earning the designations of Certified Buyers Representative and Pricing Strategy Advisor, and serving on the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors Board of Directors. He has also been the Broker of Record in a wonderful partnership, completed two mergers, and built a very successful independent real estate company.
What makes John unique in his profession is his discipline, empathy, and experience gained from his military and fire department service. He brings these qualities to his role as a Realtor, where he advocates for his clients and helps them navigate the often-stressful process of buying or selling a home.
