Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Part-Time Baseball Instructors to lead and develop our travel baseball program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, with the ability to educate and inspire young athletes. This role requires effective behavior management skills, as well as the ability to create a positive and engaging environment for players of all skill levels.

Duties

• Develop and implement practice plans that enhance players' skills and understanding of the game.
• Conduct regular training sessions focusing on fundamental techniques, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Manage team dynamics and promote positive behavior among players to foster a supportive team culture.
• Organize and oversee games, ensuring all players participate and learn from their experiences.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches regarding player development and team progress.
• Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in baseball or related sports.
• Strong behavior management skills to effectively guide young athletes.
• Background in childcare or education is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with youth.
• Ability to motivate and inspire players while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with players, parents, and staff effectively.
