Help Wanted: Part-Time Customer Service Representative (In-Office)


We are a small, local insurance agency located in Highland Mills, New York, looking to add a reliable and positive individual to our team.
Position Details:
  • Part-time, in-office role
  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
This schedule is ideal for someone looking to balance work with family time or other responsibilities.
About the Role:
This is an entry-level customer service position. You’ll assist with day-to-day office tasks, help support our clients, and work closely with our team to keep operations running smoothly. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Preferred (but not required):
  • New York State insurance license
  • Notary Public certification
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking is a plus)
