Responsibilities include:

• Answering client questions about policies, coverage, and billing
• Processing payments and policy changes accurately
• Assisting with changes and documentation
• Providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships
• Coordinating with agents and underwriters to resolve issues quickly

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance or customer service preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
• Excellent phone and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• A friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset
