Jewish Family Service of Orange County, Inc. is seeking an independently contracted LCSW-R for individual, group, and tele-health counseling services. 

General Responsibilities:

Conduct initial mental health evaluations, leading to the development of realistic treatment plans.

Utilize standardized assessment and screening tools to assess clients.

Provide brief, solution-focused therapy.

Offer group psychoeducation or treatment related to chronic medical conditions.

Assist clients in accessing information and referrals.

Coordinate care effectively.

Handle crisis assessments and triage with appropriate interventions.

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with requirements.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with adults and families.

Manage scheduling and caseloads.

Education and Experience:

A master’s degree is required.  LCSW licensure.

Possession of a New York Driver’s License.

At least two years of experience providing clinical services in the mental health field.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
