The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and other related matters. To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New York state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law practice.
• Strong knowledge of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of complex family law matters.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professionalism and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Must be able to work onsite at our Walden, NY office.
