We are actively seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant to join our team who can assist with general property maintenance; landscaping, painting, moving furniture, snow removal, general knowledge of building, equipment maintenance, operation, minor electrical plumbing repairs and carpentry projects, etc.

Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, provides assistance in maintaining the grounds, facilities and equipment in a safe and operational manner.  A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and work attention to detail are the most important qualities needed to support our efforts to maintain a safe and clean working environment.  Must be on call 24/7 when Maintenance Manager is not available.
