Property Management Administrative Assistant

Hudson Valley Regional Residential Property Management Company is seeking multiple energetic, experienced Administrative Assistant to work with the Property Manager

The candidate we are seeking must be a “take charge” and “make things happen” type of assistant with strong analytical skills. Full Time

Additional Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of accounting (debits and credits);
  • Data Entry
  • Superior attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task;
  • Strong customer services skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly Organized
  • Assist with day – to – day site operation
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Full time

We are a technology driven company so experience with Excel, Word and Outlook is required; Yardi experience would be a plus.
