Looking for a researcher/project manager trainee for 2026. Our main work is market Feasibility Studies that can take 3 mos to 1 yr+ to complete. 

Due to government contract and client response timing, work can sometimes be sporadic, but quality of life is 2nd to none and pay competitive. Will train, but you must possess the following qualities and skills:

1. Be a self-starter - You like being shown the big picture and being empowered to make decisions with that knowledge.

2. Be innately curious - You NEED to understand WHY and not just what; and you love learning new skills so much you do it on your own free time. 

3. You write amazingly AND with flow – Your 8 section 120-page document would earn an A+ but you would also read the entire thing and realize it would flow better (be easier to read) if you moved a few things around. 

4. Know when to stop – You could research forever but you have a good sense of knowing when you have collected enough information to make a confident conclusion and defend it. 

5. You are reasonable, flexible, and kind – Because your boss is.
