Depression affects millions—but healing begins with understanding. Northern Medical Center and SY Aesthetics invite you to a FREE community seminar designed to shed light on the signs of depression, explore non-drug treatment options, and offer real solutions for recovery.

Depression is often called the “common cold of psychiatry,” affecting nearly 1 in 7 adults worldwide. Its symptoms—persistent sadness, fatigue, and even suicidal thoughts—can deeply disrupt everyday life.



Dr. Jingduan Yang, a renowned expert in Psychiatry and Integrative Medicine, offers a holistic approach to healing by rebalancing the body’s internal systems. In this special session, Dr. Yang will help participants understand depression through both Western and integrative lenses—and will provide on-site mental health screenings to support you or your loved ones on the path to well-being.
