Get through it, win it, either way just TRI it! Race results are scored based on the total distance completed within each timed segment and not the overall time for a specific distance. Transition times are fixed between events and do not count toward scoring. Each wave begins with a 10 minute swim, transitions to a 20 minute bike, and ends with a 20 minute run. The more distance covered during each segment, the higher the score. All proceeds benefit the Strong Kids Campaign.
