Description

For anyone currently certified, whose certification is due to expire. Must attend all classes. Must bring current certification. Must complete online learning and attend in person skill session. Swims 150/50 continuously using front crawl, breaststroke/combination of both. Swims with face in the water and demos breath control. Treading -Maintains near vert. position with head out of water for 2 min. using only legs. Timed Event -1min.40sec. Swims and then submerges to retrieve 10-pd. object, swims back to the side holding object in both hands while keeping face out of water. Exits the water without using steps or ladder.
