Healey Lincoln Hosts “Embrace For Good” Test-Drive Fundraiser to Benefit Food Bank of the Hudson Valley
Healey Lincoln, a member of Healey Brothers Automotive Group, is inviting the community to get behind the wheel for a cause. On Saturday, Oct. 25, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Healey Lincoln will host a special test drive event at the Regional Food Bank of the Hudson Valley in Montgomery, N.Y. For every test drive completed, Healey Lincoln will donate $35 to the Food Bank, with total contributions reaching up to $7,500 to support its mission of fighting hunger and nourishing communities across the region.
The event is a component of Embrace For Good, Lincoln’s national philanthropic platform formerly known as Driven to Give. Healey Brothers has successfully hosted more than a dozen of these test-drive fundraisers, drawing strong participation and delivering meaningful support to vital local nonprofit organizations.
“Programs like Embrace For Good allow us to transform the excitement of driving a Lincoln into meaningful impact for families across our region,” said Jay Healey, Chief Marketing Officer at Healey Brothers. “Supporting the Regional Food Bank Hudson Valley aligns with Healey Brothers’ deep commitment to being not only a trusted automotive leader, but also a true, caring community partner.”
During the one-day event, test drivers will have the opportunity to experience the full Lincoln luxury lineup, including the Corsair, Nautilus, Aviator and Navigator, with access to exclusive Black Label and Grand Touring PHEV models. Participants will be asked to complete a brief digital registration on-site. Drivers must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid driver’s license.
The Regional Food Bank Hudson Valley, serving six Hudson Valley counties, continues to face growing demand as food insecurity rises across the region. In 2024, the Food Bank distributed more than 24 million pounds of food, with the number of residents experiencing hunger increasing from 154,000 to 165,000 in just one year. Contributions from events like Embrace For Good enable the Food Bank to maximize its purchasing power, turning every dollar into multiple meals for local families. Support from Healey Brothers has strengthened the Food Bank’s capacity through the expansion of its Orange County distribution center and new initiatives such as the first Thanksgiving Distribution, which will provide 125,000 meals to 30,000 Hudson Valley residents.
The donation check will be presented to the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley approximately two weeks after the event, extending the impact of the day’s community participation.
For decades, Healey Brothers Automotive Group has invested in the Hudson Valley through sponsorships, donations and hands-on community involvement. The company’s Driven to Give Foundation, which operates independently from Lincoln’s national Embrace For Good initiative, supports schools, fire departments, charities and family-focused events throughout the region. Participation in Embrace For Good reflects that same commitment to community, demonstrating how luxury automotive experiences can drive meaningful change close to home.
The event will take place at the Regional Food Bank of the Hudson Valley, located at 580 NY-416, Montgomery, N.Y. 12549. Guests can enjoy complimentary seasonal refreshments, including apple cider donuts, freshly brewed coffee, warm apple cider and assorted candy. Attendees may register on-site or preregister in advance at https://healey.vip/foodbank. For more information, call (845) 291-1998.
