Pet's Alive Major News To Announce!

We are thrilled to announce that Pets Alive has been awarded a $500,000 grant through the New York State Companion Animal Capital Fund!

This grant marks a significant milestone in our journey toward completing the building of our new Community Resource and Adoption Center. The funding will be instrumental in supporting critical aspects of the construction, including state-of-the-art HVAC systems, installation of kennel equipment, radiant flooring, and acoustical ceilings. The grant from the NY State Companion Animal Capital Fund underscores the commitment and dedication of both state authorities and animal welfare advocates towards creating a better environment for our furry friends.

With this support, Pets Alive will be able to enhance the comfort and well-being of animals in our care while also creating a more welcoming space for potential adopters and community members. The new Community Resource and Adoption Center will not only serve as a haven for homeless pets but also as a hub for education, outreach, and community engagement. It will provide resources and services aimed at promoting responsible pet ownership, offering training programs, and facilitating adoption processes that match animals with loving homes.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to New York State and Governor Kathy Hochul for their trust and investment in our mission. This grant will have a lasting impact on our ability to continue saving and improving the lives of companion animals. We also thank our supporters, volunteers, and partners who have stood by us in this endeavor. Together, we are making and will be able to continue to make a difference in the lives of animals and the communities we serve.

Your continued support means the world to us and the animals we care for. As we eagerly await the unveiling of our long-awaited facility, we invite you to join us in leaving an indelible mark on this transformative endeavor. Pets Alive is in the midst of an exciting capital campaign to take us across the finish line of this community-changing project. Every donation brings us closer to our goal.
