After decades of dedicated service, Robert Spiegel is retiring, passing the ownership torch to his younger brother, Jeffrey Spiegel. Founded in 1934 by Murray Spiegel during the Great Depression, SOS Xtreme Comfort has stood as a testament to resilience and dedication, built upon the principles of hard work, integrity, and a commitment to community. The company has been in the Spiegel name for four generations, with ownership passing from Murray to his sons George and Richard, and then to Robert, who has now entrusted the company’s future to Jeffrey.

As Robert steps into retirement with plans to take up golf for the very first time, Jeffrey, along with his three sons—Buddy, James, and Michael—and his wife Meredith, is poised to continue the family legacy. This marks the fourth generation of Spiegels to lead the company, a testament to the enduring strength and dedication of the family.
