The Country Fair is Back in Otisville with New Attractions and Transportation
Middletown, NY – Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) Orange County and the Otisville Lions Club are excited to announce the 3rd annual Country Fair in Otisville, NY. This fun-filled family fair is scheduled to open Thursday, July 24th through Sunday, July 27th at the CCE Orange County Education Center and 4-H Park, located at 300 Finchville Turnpike in Otisville. Come visit and enjoy live entertainment, 4-H exhibits, animal shows, amusement rides, tractor pulls, delicious food, hands-on activities, and OC Live! An art show presented by the Orange County Arts Council, and so much more!
This year, thanks to 2025 Transportation for Youth Grant, we’re removing transportation barriers and making it easier than ever for young people to explore farming, food production, and rural traditions. The Country Fair & CCE Orange County invite youth ages 5–18 from communities in Orange County to experience a fun-filled, educational day at The Country Fair! On Saturday, July 26th, there will be pick-up locations in Newburgh, Port Jervis, and Middletown for FREE so young people and their families can experience the fair. What’s included? The transportation will include:
- Round-trip bus transportation for youth & chaperones
- 5-hour immersive fair experience
- 2 hours of hands-on agricultural education (English & Spanish)
- Lunch voucher included for the Clover Café
- Free Time to enjoy the entire Fair!
To participate in this exclusive experience, you must register online. Registration will close on July 14th. Youth must be accompanied by a chaperone over the age of 18 years old. Admission to the Country Fair is free but there is a parking fee of $10/car. Please see below for the dates and times for the Fair:
- Thursday, July 24: 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Friday, July 25: 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday, July 26: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Sunday, July 27: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.**
- Sunday Night Fireworks! *9:00 p.m.*
**Think Differently, OCNY will be offering a Quiet Space for Sensory Sensitivities from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday!
