These appointments reflect the Bank's commitment to growth and excellence in serving its community and customers.

John Coughlin joins Walden Savings Bank with extensive experience in sales and business development. He will be responsible for strengthening the Bank’s community engagement, identifying and acquiring new deposit and loan opportunities, enhancing customer relationships, promoting cash management products and services, and representing the Bank at various community functions. Coughlin’s more than 25 years in financial management and business development positions him to make significant contributions to the Bank's success.

Crystal Johnson, who started at Walden Savings Bank in 2012 as its Accounting Manager, has been promoted to Vice President and Controller. With nearly 25 years of experience in the industry, she will oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls of the Bank. Johnson is actively involved in the community, serving on boards and committees for local organizations. Bosley is deeply involved in the Washingtonville community and holds an associate degree in marketing and management from SUNY Orange.
