We currently have around 7,000 square feet of open storage space in our facility. We are looking to provide short term leases for space and storage needs, or to potential small businesses that require space. Our facility is located on Washington Street in Poughkeepsie, NY. This space has access Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The space is not accessible on Saturday and Sunday.

Prime first floor space with accessibility to electric dock plate for truck height deliveries. Second loading dock with manual plate also accessible.

Short term leasing rates will vary between $10-$15 per square foot, depending on space needs.
